Annapolis Now is an independent local information resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the City of Annapolis, Visit Annapolis, or any government body. Listings and answers are compiled from public sources and user submissions, and details change. You should check the linked source before making plans.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any listing, event, price, hour, or parking rule is correct, complete, or up to date.
Limitation of liability

Submissions and user content
If you submit an event, business suggestion, correction, or business claim, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Submissions are reviewed by editors before publication, and we may edit, decline, or remove any submission. You keep ownership of what you send; by submitting it, you grant TPA360 LLC a non-exclusive license to publish it on the Site.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break in, overload, scrape at scale, or misrepresent yourself or others in submissions or feedback.
Sponsored content
Paid listings and promotions are always labeled Sponsored and appear after editorial results. Paying never changes whether something is factually described.

The Annapolis Now name, brand mark, and original editorial content are the property of TPA360 LLC. Event details, business information, and linked source material belong to their respective owners.
